Alexandra de Cramer

Alexandra is a Hannover-born, Istanbul-based writer and journalist. She kick-started her journalism career in 2011 covering the Arab Spring for Milliyet newspaper as their Beirut correspondent. From 2012 to 2014, she honed her skills at Monocle magazine and radio at their London HQ. After moving to Istanbul in 2015, she served as Gallery Manager at Galeri Nev Istanbul until 2017, and later as Deputy Editor for Istanbul Art News' magazine, Chronicle. Her writing has been featured in numerous publications.
