Within the framework of Milan Design Week 2026, Andreu World presents its new collections at its Milan showroom, which becomes a meeting point for dialogue on the future of design throughout the week. In this context, the company will host two talks with designers Patricia Urquiola and Benjamin Hubert, creating a space for conversation around innovation, materials, and sustainability. The showroom, designed by Patricia Urquiola, acts as a physical manifesto of the brand’s values: an environment where design, industry, and material innovation converge in a tangible experience. Beyond product presentation, the space proposes a reflection on the role of design in transforming our environment.
Under the concept “Manufacturing a Better World,” Andreu World promotes a design model that goes beyond function and aesthetics to become a tool for positive impact. A vision aligned with B Corp principles, based on transparency, social responsibility, and the balance between environmental impact and economic viability.
This approach materialized in 2026 through the development and application of BIO® thermopolymer, a natural-origin, biodegradable and compostable material that represents a significant step forward in reducing waste in the furniture industry. Beyond its technical innovation, BIO® introduces a new way of conceiving the product life cycle: designing from the outset to minimize its footprint.
This year, the material evolves with the introduction of a new color palette selected by Patricia Urquiola, featuring organic, subtle, and contemporary tones. Colors that not only respond to trends, but also reinforce the connection between material, nature, and time, integrating coherently into conscious architectural spaces.
The new collections, developed in collaboration with designers such as Patricia Urquiola and Benjamin Hubert, reflect this philosophy through pieces designed for the Circular Economy, 100% Cradle to Cradle, to endure, adapt, and optimize resource use. Proposals that combine material innovation, quality, and contemporary language, responding to the needs of contract, hospitality, workplace, and residential environments.
