Durini District 2026

CIRCUIT DDDESIGN

Details

On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2026, the Durini District consolidates and strengthens its strategic role within the DDDesign circuit by promoting the theme “Design Hospitality – Milan Style.” A contemporary concept that interprets Milanese hospitality not merely as a function, but as a cultural and design-driven value capable of connecting design, the city, and people.

The theme of hospitality runs through key sectors such as high-end contract, luxury hospitality, and large-scale projects for collective spaces—areas in which design products and environments become both an expression of identity and a tool for connection, a role strongly and effectively embodied by the companies within the DDDesign circuit.

A distinctive element of the 2026 edition will be the collaboration established with six prestigious hotels located in the heart of Milan. In each room, the official Design Week Guide of the DDDesign circuit will be distributed, offering an international clientele direct and qualified access to the district’s showrooms and events.

This targeted initiative will transform the stay in the city into an immersive journey into Milanese design, further enhanced by a dedicated concierge project offering exclusive visits to the circuit’s stores.

Through the DDDesign app, available on the Apple Store and Google Play, users will be able to select their preferred showrooms, create personalized itineraries, and stay updated throughout the year on all events promoted by the circuit’s companies and partners.
At the same time, the DDDesign circuit will expand its scope through urban projects focused on hospitality, with particular attention to the Largo Augusto and San Babila areas—strategic hubs for stakeholders and visitors during this key week. Here, design will engage with public space, contributing to a coordinated and synergistic identity between design companies and the hospitality sector.

A system of illuminated polycarbonate towers will further define the district’s identity, enhancing its urban presence while creating a distinctive visual rhythm in the public space. As every year, a rich program of events, installations, and presentations will take place across the showrooms within the circuit, among the most exclusive in the city center. A calendar that will further position DDDesign as a key reference point for professionals, investors, and international stakeholders.

With “Design Hospitality – Milan Style,” DDDesign will not simply take part in Milan Design Week—it will interpret its spirit, presenting an integrated model where hospitality, design excellence, and urban vision merge into a single, outstanding city experience.
