The LFA2026 Call for Activities has officially launched, inviting submissions for events to be featured in this June’s programme and to help shape a better London with Belonging at its centre.

This presents an opportunity to contribute to London’s future by grounding the festival in the voices and lived experiences of Londoners, through a diverse range of events that reflect the breadth of the city’s creative community.

The call is open to all — from established practices to emerging creative groups, and from first-time participants to long-standing festival contributors. Londoners across the industry are encouraged to take part.

To submit an event, applicants can log into their account on the LFA website. Those new to the platform may create a free account, which enables organisers to submit and manage activities, access resources, subscribe to the organiser newsletter, and update their details.

Get Inspired
For those still developing their idea for an LFA event, there are several opportunities to get involved and find inspiration. LFA Organiser Calls and Mentor Surgery Days offer valuable chances to learn from experienced voices in the field and refine event concepts. Submit Your Event
Once an activity is ready, organisers can begin the submission process through their account. Two submission options are available: concessions and standard. The organisers pack provides guidance on eligibility for the concessions rate. Submission forms can be accessed within the account section, where applicants are required to complete relevant details about their event, including titles, descriptions, imagery, as well as key practical information such as accessibility and safety.
