The Office at Galerie kreo considers the desk as a functional and an intimate space

Galerie kreo presents The Office, a design exhibition on view from November 26, 2025 – January 31, 2026, which frames the desk as a site of work, reflection and creativity. “The Office considers the desk as an intimate and creative space, where work and reflection take place,” notes Galerie kreo in the show’s press release. Unfolding across eight distinct office settings, the interior design show is structured around the desk as the central element of the workspace.

Each environment is completed with seating, lighting designs, mirrors and drawings, creating varied interpretations of this familiar setting. “Within these interiors, diverse pieces from the gallery’s collection appear side by side, bringing together contemporary creations and historic design,” the Paris-based design gallery elaborates. The Office juxtaposes different periods, approaches and sensibilities, emphasising continuity and evolution in design thinking.

Contemporary design pieces on view include designs by Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby, Guillaume Bardet, Ronan Bouroullec, Erwan Bouroullec, Andrea Branzi, Marco Campardo, Pierre Charpin, David Dubois, Jean-Baptiste Fastrez, Konstantin Grcic, Hella Jongerius, Alessandro Mendini, Jasper Morrison and Marc Newson. Vintage product designs are represented by figures such as Roger Capron, Tom Dixon, Robert Mathieu, Angelo Mangiarotti, George Nelson & Associates, Pierre Paulin, Ernest Race and Gino Sarfatti.
