Set in the exclusive Milanese fashion district, a prestigious period building from the early 1900s is the luxurious location of the new Meridiani monobrand store, which was inaugurated on the occasion of the 2023 edition of the Salone del Mobile.

The important architecture of the building, characterised by the finest finishes, is the perfect setting for the new corporate space of the brand, which has always been synonymous with timeless elegance. The monobrand in Via Manzoni 38 is spread over two floors, with three windows overlooking the courtyard. The surface of around 500 square metres allows for a rich and articulated interior design, with different settings that unfold in a fluid path thanks to the large helical staircase connecting the two floors.

The interior design project, which bears the signature of Andrea Parisio with the collaboration of Giuseppe Pezzano, suggests a refined, coherent dwelling experience in all rooms, divided into living, dining and sleeping areas. It includes the presentation of the new 2023 collections, alongside the historical ones that have become iconic such as Plinto, a series of dining tables inspired by architecture for the dining area, or the René sofas for the living zone.

Among the new collections, Oscar is a collection with sofa, relax chaise and armchair which express elegance through smooth shapes and perfectly contemporary details; the Nora armchair, featured by generous proportions and upholstered armrests; Max, a system of modular sofas which allows several configurations: the modular elements—either linear or asymmetrical—are characterised by neat, pure geometries.

During the design week, also the internal courtyard in Via Manzoni 38 was dedicated to the Meridiani collections—the perfect location for the new Open Air modular elements. The inauguration of a mono-brand store open to the public in a prestigious location in the heart of Milan is a strong statement of consolidation of the brand; the store is proposed as an exclusive sales point and adds up to the historic space of Corso Venezia 29, the showroom-apartment for international professionals who want to experience the brand in the intimacy of a reserved, dedicated space.
