In’Habit continues along the path of a tradition that finds its origins in a fascinating journey through time, where design not only interprets an expressive language but also becomes a way of life: a lifestyle project where creativity, practicality and the essence of Made in Italy all blend harmoniously in a universal language. Italian brand Lema, on this path towards the future, unveils the curtain of an international stage with an ancient and solid craftsmanship tradition.

History is the cradle of memory; it contains the elements from which to draw the inspiration to create something new, something unheard of. In’Habit tells the know-how of Lema, the ability to respectfully merge with any place, intimately, moulding not just the object but also adding personality, detail and meaning to it. The brand communicates, with its elegant and sophisticated grammar, a philosophy of life, with the expressive strength of those who, in a story that starts from afar, have been able to gather the many testimonies of the most distinguished design culture.

Lema designs a house with a strong and recognisable stroke that does not engulf; it enhances what the architecture expresses, dialogues with it and delicately lays its style at the heart of those who inhabit it. In’Habit is not just a visual narrative, it is above all, a sensory experience; it goes beyond a standard house, it invites us to look not only with our eyes but with the same delicacy with which Lema approaches every project: confident that every moment is exclusive and unrepeatable, original and ever the result of a meticulous dialogue.

The Sunrise House

Miami enchants with a kaleidoscope of experiences, a blend between the light blue sky and the turquoise ocean; a city of light and dreams that dances to the rhythm of its colours and passions. Leaving behind the sinuous art deco houses with their splendid, flowered balconies of South Beach; in just a few minutes one arrives near the prestigious neighbourhood of Bal Harbour. The sky is painted orange and pink and the sunset envelops the landscape in a warm and reassuring embrace. The Sunrise house appears almost magically, with adjacent palm trees reflected in the large glass surfaces facing the villa’s strict water mirror. Horizontal and vertical geometric lines intersect, creating two levels for the home: a combination of transparencies cut by robust slabs that transform the exterior spaces into welcoming shaded terraces, creating a discreet and reserved ‘agora’ where one can relax. The rigorous geometry of the residential design is interrupted by the voluptuous spirals of a grand staircase that connects the upper floor from the living room on the ground floor: a surge of baroque forms revisited in the most minimal contemporary way: an immersive experience where the encounter between man and his creations represents the stylistic hallmark of the entire project.

The living area

The first morning lights enter through the large windows like a luminous cascade. The sun, warm and gentle, slowly appears in the blue sky, accompanying this new beginning. The hallway is immediately an expression of a bold statement that incorporates elements of design with a distinctive architectural style. A spacious expanse, characterised by the expressive force of the panelled wall, creates a sense of grandeur that includes the daybed Yard and the Sign coffee table. The Oydo coffee table in Imperial Portoro Marble finds its perfect pairing with the Venise sofa, rich in compositional and geometric variables uniting the two elements.

On the wall, the suspended glass elements of the LT40 modular system can be found. The bifrontal LT40 low unit separates the two spaces. Inviting scents blend with the warmth of conversations as guests transition towards the harmonious forms of the Gullwing table design, creating an atmosphere of conviviality and shared joy that nourishes not only the body but also the spirit. The welcoming and comfortable embrace of the Bea armchairs extends the pleasure of time together. Four Selecta glass cabinets become an integral part of the space.

The dining room is the place where every person tells their story and thoughts. A testament to experiences, the room preserves memories of tradition and welcomes new adventures of those who inhabit it. A project that becomes a true philosophy of living. Selecta glass cabinet featuring a decorative fabric textile background explores and expands the boundary between dream and reality, illuminating every object stored inside with integrated LED vertical lamp design. The extra-light transparent glass shelves enrich the fitted wall and reflect the internal lighting.

Music Room

The day continues and time stops to dedicate oneself to pleasant pastimes in a space where feelings are translated into music. Just as musical notes come together to create endless harmony, Lema systems blend different structures, creating a complete and highly customisable architecture. The music room expresses a universal language, where the mind can be set free by listening to music or reading a book whilst perching on the Yard sofa design containing books, novels and memories of past adventures. The heat-treated oak Selecta bookcase becomes the perfect treasure chest: open compartments, closed ones, or display cabinets embellished with lighting design, allowing one to enjoy every moment with serenity.

Multifunctional elements also conceal multimedia devices. Just as a folding screen hides a person during an intimate moment, the large custom-made doors hide the TV, allowing the space to change its appearance based on needs. The suspended element with flip-up doors helps conceal objects and technologies.

Night

When the sun sets and the day comes to an end, thoughts become more vivid and come to light in the form of dreams, thanks to the allure of darkness, stars and the celestial vault. In the walk-in wardrobe, dreams take shape amongst clothes. Everything is in sight, everything within reach, the VentiTre walk-in wardrobe combines aesthetics and functionality. A simple system without doors creates an intimate and welcoming space where one can store their clothes. A continuous surface, devoid of protrusions and recesses, leads to the bedroom. The Naica wardrobe, whose handles remind of the grooves of boiserie, marks a path towards the space to conclude the day. The transparencies of the Tian wardrobe become an illuminated showcase.

A place of rest, recuperation, and intimacy, the bedroom is surrounded by huge windows that offer a panoramic view and provide a dreamlike experience. The Maddox bed, the protagonist of the night area, is now illuminated by light, enveloped in darkness. Its airy structure of the furniture design, very light, accompanies dreams and cradles one in a sweet dance.

In the secrecy of an intimate and cosy space, hidden and concealed by wardrobe doors, beauty flourishes in a secret alcove where reflection turns into poetry and the mystery of the soul is delicately revealed. Eureka Vanity weaves functionality and conceals secrets, integrating perfectly into the wall cupboard and becoming an emblem of versatility.
