A household name in the consumer segment, Pidilite—India’s leading adhesive, sealant and construction chemicals manufacturer—has been synonymous with quality, but also with a limited view of its consolidated offerings in the built environment and construction industries. “We have all grown up around Fevicol and Fevi Kwik and the advertisements have been iconic. But we work on far more products and categories than just adhesives,” says Veeresh Malhan, vice president of the newly launched Pidilite Professional Solutions (PPS), expanding upon the Pidilite ethos. Now coalescing its many services and verticals—including flooring, waterproofing, tiling, grouting, maintenance, finishes and many more—Pidilite Professional Solutions, the latest offering from the Indian conglomerate, seeks to be a singular point of contact for building professionals around the country and beyond.
Conceived as a dedicated platform designed to serve architects, structural consultants, contractors, developers and interior specialists, PPS seeks to consolidate processes, people and the comprehensive journey of a building from ‘sketch to site’. Tailoring offerings for diverse segments such as residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, industrial and institutional design, Pidilite ensures that every typology of project is able to benefit from resilient, high-performance solutions. Following showcases at the ACETECH 2025 Expos in Bangalore and Mumbai, Pidilite also demonstrated its comprehensive range of construction and interior solutions in Delhi, along with projecting the many possibilities emerging from PPS.
“At Pidilite, we believe in enabling the construction fraternity to build boldly and sustainably. With PPS, we’re not just offering products; we’re delivering a complete ecosystem of technical services and solutions and trained applicators to meet the needs of various project segments: hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, residential, commercial, datacentres, industries and infrastructure. We are committed to bringing world-class & pioneering solutions at every stage of the project journey," stated Kavinder Singh, Joint Managing Director, Pidilite Industries Ltd., in an official release.
Through PPS, the company continues to champion sustainability and innovation with an integrated portfolio of solutions and services that go beyond simply delivering products. Holding a portfolio of expert brands—waterproofing brand Dr. Fixit, tiles adhesive brand Roff, epoxy grout brand Starlike, Tenax, Unofin, Walace, Italian wood finishes brand ICA, Araldite, flooring brand Dr. Cipy and Feviseal—across industries, PPS seeks to prioritise performance, innovation and reliability in both building systems at large and individual elements. Backed by 65 years of trust, PPS’ ‘sketch to site’ approach is set to enable bold design executions with comprehensive support across the entire lifecycle of the project.
PPS also offers bespoke detailing and technical specifications, along with BOQs and tender-ready estimates, so that the architects can focus on the creative processes behind bringing a building to life. Additional services, as Malhan expounds, include site audits and project tracking, along with a network of trained partner applicators. For large-scale projects, PPS offers access to Nina Percept, one of India’s largest waterproofing contracting companies, working on prestigious national-level projects, including the Bharat Mandapam in Delhi and Terminal 2 at the Mumbai Airport. Offering well-rounded support even after the execution and the handover of the project, PPS ensures continued performance and collaborations, facilitating a degree of trust that is rare in the construction industry.
“Right from the designing stage is when we want to get into a project, because most of the time when you are designing, you are exploring what can be done. That is where we come in as an expert provider of solutions, guiding them on possibilities. When the process gets into specifications, our tailoured solutions come into play. Then you move onto site audit during the execution of the project, where our team ensures that you have the right audits to get things done and information is provided at regular stages. After the handover, we get into the documentation for the warranty of the project. That is how we cover the four stages of the ‘sketch to site’ approach,” states Malhan.
A key highlight of the exhibition at ACETECH in New Delhi was the company’s reinforced commitment to sustainability, catalysed by PPS. The brand’s display of Building Envelope Solutions, which claim to reduce energy costs by up to 50 per cent to ensure sustainable operations in buildings, was a particular standout. Aligned with the norms of ECSBC, these solutions support long-term energy-efficient design and savings. “India is an exciting place to be today. There are a lot of new-age solutions that demand sustainability. At Pidilite, we truly believe that sustainability without performance isn’t really sustainability. If we do not switch from a product sustainability model to a system sustainability model, it is not going to work,” adds Malhan. The company’s presence at the ACETECH 2025 thus further bolstered its commitment to advancing in the field of construction, strengthening partnerships and emerging as a pioneer in the sustainable design and building landscape of the country.
With this consolidated new offering, Pidilite is poised to become a vital partner for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) community, not only by offering its diverse portfolio of products, but also by delivering the comprehensive support and expertise—all under a single umbrella—that are essential in the realisation of complex, high-performance, and sustainable building projects across India and globally.
